Canasta

The problem

Cochabamba has lots of small problems neighbors can fix themselves: piled-up trash, fallen trees, neglected spaces. Canasta lets people report them on a map and others sign up as volunteers to go fix them. We didn't win, but it was great practice working against the clock.

What I learned

• → 01At a hackathon, whoever cuts scope wins: defining the minimum that proves the idea is the key skill.
